Garden Style
Garden Style properties are a specialty of Arlington Construction. They are popular in emerging markets where land is plentiful, still relatively affordable–and in markets where the climate and lifestyle lend themselves to properties with enhanced outdoor amenity packages and beautiful landscaping. Our team are experts in developing and building fully-amenitized garden style properties.

Low-Income Housing/Tax Credit
The Federal Government’s Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program is the largest driver of new and rehabilitated affordable rental housing in the nation.
