With more than 20 years of experience working with multifamily real estate and commercial partnerships, construction companies, real estate developments and property management companies, Patrick’s wide-ranging knowledge translates into reliable budgets, cost-effective activities and significant value for Arlington Construction clientele. In his role as CFO, Patrick oversees cash flow, internal controls, financial statements and overall financial management for the company.
Career Experience & Accomplishments
Patrick Browne joined Arlington Properties, Inc. as Controller in 2010 and was promoted to CFO in 2015. In 2019, Patrick transitioned to Arlington Construction Services as Vice President and CFO. He began his career in public accounting where he spent seven years in the financial statement auditing field focusing on audits and consulting services for conventional and low income housing tax credit apartment owners, developers, and general contractors with assets up to $50 million. Patrick joined Arlington with over 10 years of accounting experience. His experience is centered on the construction, development, and property management segments of multi-family housing. He has experience with conventional, HUD, low income housing tax credits, and historic tax credit properties including all aspects of affordable housing from the application stage through the post-year 15 asset sale.
Patrick earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting and a minor in Computer Technology and Applications from The University of Alabama.
Patrick is a native of Birmingham, Alabama and is an alumni of Delta Sigma Pi, a business fraternal organization, where he served as treasurer of the University of Alabama Chapter. Patrick has previously served on the Junior Board for the Easterseals of the Birmingham Area.
